We are a growing integrated shipping group, principally engaged in the following businesses:

ship chartering business, which includes the provision of chartering, re-chartering and transhipment services of tugboats and barges to our customers; and |

| (b) |
shipyard business, which includes the provision of building, repair and broking services of tugboats and barges. |
With our plans to equip ourselves with ship repair, maintenance and conversion capabilities in our shipyard, there will be further integration between our ship chartering and shipyard operations.
